Made these super healthy banana oatmeal cookies yesterday : no flour, no butter, no sugar !
You need :
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of walnuts, raisins, or other chopped, dried fruits
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 1 tsp of vanilla.
Mash bananas, add other ingredients, and mix well. You can add some salt to taste. Let sit for 15 minutes. Finally, bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 24 cookies, 74 calories each.
